Our journey through life is filled with many joys and, unfortunately, many painful experiences. The book, Reflections, highlights the triumph of hope and survival in the midst of incredible loss. A must read for all of us navigating the challenges of life.
Just finished the kindle version of this book. Wow. It made me really think about life and how grateful we need to be for what we have and how things can change in an instant. I don't know what I was expecting but Condo wrote such a heartfelt memoir that should be an inspiration for us all. It should also be a help for those grieving or going through hard times - whether it be from death of spouse or other loved one.
In his book “Reflections” Domenic Condo shares his personal journey in a series of beautifully written stories. Some heartbreaking, some joyful and everything in between. He recounts the unimaginably sad loss of his wife, the mother of their two daughters, with love and compassion. Domenic doesn’t sugar-coat the tough times but he has a gentle way of writing that makes the hard words easier to read. I highly recommend this book.
You can actually feel the emotions pop out as you are reading! I felt such a connection reading it. God Bless all of you!
